Braaptopia Resort Attraction
Braaptopia Radio
The station is live. Engineering has concerns.
Step into Braaptopia Radio, a working resort station with its own music, personalities, requests and the complicated machinery of keeping everybody entertained. Explore the studio, follow the broadcast clock, poke around behind the scenes and discover how quickly a simple radio operation can become a full-time occupation. It’s free to visit. Leaving at the end of your shift is apparently optional.
- ON THE AIR — Explore the live station with its music rotation, liners, breaks, news, weather and the carefully organized chaos of a broadcast day.
- BEHIND THE CONSOLE — See the studio workflow, automation, library and operational tools that keep the station running while the resort does whatever it does.
- REQUEST LINE — Send a song request, give the station a reason and become part of the ongoing Braaptopia broadcast.
- WATCH THE STUDIO — Switch views, follow the operation and discover that the person in charge may be the same person who left the keys in the buggy.
- ENGINEERING ARCADE — Step behind the rack doors for hands-on broadcast maintenance challenges and other jobs that were definitely supposed to be simple.
- BRAIN MELT — When regular station visuals aren’t enough, turn the visualizer loose. Engineering would prefer advance notice.
- ALWAYS PART OF BRAAPTOPIA — The station’s music and voices travel through the resort and its attractions, making the whole place sound suspiciously inhabited.
- Braaptopia Radio: somebody has to keep talking while everyone else makes bad decisions.
